Using the landscape of the Irish island of Inis Oirr as the basis for the work, a place that has a special resonance to the client, we began there.

In a final iteration we travelled to India, holding a fire ceremony on the first day of the auspicious Navratri Festival to make sacred ash which was then used to create the patina of the work.

For us, stillness is the ultimate luxury, when the relentless thinking mind stops.

This work brings together new technology and ancient landscapes to offer our client the possibility to experience environments of extraordinary peace, to find a permanent space where they can take moments of temporary rest.
